Tata docomo is a telecom service provider which I am using since last two months but during this months I had very bad experience that cuase my nightmare.
Horrible experience that last day I recharged my docomo number online for talktime but worst it did not get recharged even my bank account got deducted. Then I was waiting to get balance in my tata docomo number for 2days but these patience goes in vein. Then I called customer care who also did provided me solution of my problems rather they were commited that I havent done recharge.
Very annoying after this incident. Docomo has a poor internet connectivety. Network is also not so strong. Sometimes calls are getting dropped without any reasons.
Friends divastating telecom network with horrible exeprience so I would rate it 1 out of 5 stars.
Thus extremily not recommended for you.
