They are very unprofessional I visited many outlet in Raipur like pandri, shankar nagar, telibandha, katora talab, krishna complex, Every store said same thing that they dont have prepaid mnp sim because company is not sending prepaid sim since so many days.
I visited between 23rd nov to 25th nov. I launched so many online complaint also and got mail that one person will come and activate my sim at my doorstep. But dint got any single response.
Now I am thinking if I am facing this issue that means so many customers are facing such kind of issue who want to use same number into docomo network. They are very unprofessional, they dont care for mnp prepaid customer and every store forced me to take postpaid connection.
I am very disappointed with such kind of management because if you can not port your number in docomo store then where you should go for porting. pathetic customer support.
totally dis satisfied from their service and never gonna use it again in life.
