How crap the best products look when you have a worst customer support/sales guys who don't have the basic knowledge to let know the prospective customer walk off the mall this is what exactly happens at Tata Croma, Punjagutta, Hyderabad. The store definitely has a good range of electronics to display. The moment you hear the name Tata added to it we obviously add a lot of weight-age to the mall.
Imagine how it would be you were handed of to 3 different sales guys who dont know where the previous guy stopped and you should explain what is that you are looking for and why.
Bottom line would be any mall whether its Croma or etc should have a decent knowledge of the supposed product.
Till now I have brought 3 products with the same feeling as above:
1) Sony HD handycam
2) Kodak digi cam
3) Preeti Chef Pro
