Croma branded rice cooker had 5 repairs in a span of 1.1 year. With every instance, they patch it with low quality servicing which breaks in 2-3 months. I’ve requested for replacement as piece has manufacturing defect if it runs into so many issues frequently but Service Manager has declined it.
In Hyderabad – Kondapur store,
Service person – promises replacement for every pick up but denies after next repair is reported. Croma needs to be at least honest with customers.
Ignores 2nd issue if 2 issues are reported on the same product. Croma needs to hire sincere folks.
Technician – pathetic patching in the name of repair. A simple cooker breaks every 2-3 months. He is not qualified to fix even a bolt well and blames usage for it. Croma needs to replace him if it wants to survive in this market.
Service manager - denies replacement even though a simple appliance as cooker breaks regularly and technician is not able to fix it. Claims he will replace after it breaks to the point of being useless. It will never happen for any appliance in its warranty period. So Croma is sending a message that it will not replace product under any circumstance.
Shortly - avoid Croma branded products!
