From where to start. Let me arrange as follows,
They deduct salary after joining the company if your band is D or E in appraisal. They will cut your variable pay.
They dont have work for system/kernel programmer. Still they are hiring system programmer and place them for testing project.
Too much of internal politics.
No hike or very minimum hike. Like 4k - 25k per year.
5, They treat employee as slave.
- The encourage their employee to access client network from persoaal computer.
