At Star Bazaar Church gate person of Tata card booked me saying that there is no joining or annual fee. But on the Ist day Rs. 500/- as joining fee charged to me. later Rs. 499/- charged as late fee for not paying this charges. Now this amount goes to 9500/-
I have paid my all actual bills and expenses. but still showing balance 9500/- on me.
I have already stopped using this fraud card.
I have mailed to card head and nodal officer also but not a single reply I have received on this point. Either all are illiterate or ignoring my problems.
hired shameless gundey of Sbi+ Tata card calling me daily .
In my opinion both Tata card and Sbi card are cheating to customers.
