I had to write this review as I can have really a bad experiences with TATA capital recently. I had my loan going on with TATA capital since 2 years and my only request was to change the Loan rates(as it is reduced a lot recently) and changes in my plan and it has been 2 months of my request. We had given the papers whichever required within 1 week they asked for but thereafter they are just not interested to reply back. We had option of taking loan from other banks too but preferred TATA because of their ethical background. We had contact Ghatkopar branch and person name XYZ(not wanna give out the name as we are not like them) and this guy is on Manager level. when we call his colleagues picks up the call and he is busy and bangs the phone. When he called back to my wife, he talked for sometime and then banged the phone. Whenever we email him he says his credit manager is on Leave and his credit manager sucks too. I have complete email thread with me to prove it.
This is the most unethical, Shameful and un-professional behavior I have ever seen in my Life. Guys please do not take loan from TATA Capital because they will keep on calling you when they want to give loan but after that they are the masters of yours. I am also planning to go to Consumer court. Please let me know who all can join me.
