1. 99% mails get bounced from the sole mail address given to reach them - customtakeouterSupport@tata-aig.com, imagine the type of customtakeouter Support.
when you put special efforts through phone the alternative mail ID - manager.customtakeoutersupport@tata-aig.com too the situation remain same.
After having discussion at customtakeouter support over phone it is understood - - at Tata AIG surveyor is the final deciding authority, reaching to any senior official is NO WAY possible and so surveyor Ranjit Pawar himself claimed so to me(customtakeouter)- "No body is going to listen to you (customtakeouter) for anything" I really appreciate - he is very much RIGHT. Because I tried hard whole day (on 17.10.2012) with Ms Purva & Ms Priya but no one came for my rescue. All thanks to the beautiful system of Tata AIG - you are solely left to God or God like surveyor. - At last there is no way to lodge your complaint (on line you get only 250 characters to explain your complaint - Is it not a beautiful system to confirm - "dear unfortunate customtakeouter go to Hell" that too without saying it literally)?
All this dispute is for minor accident, I do not know what will happen in case of major accident.
You leave your car at service center for repair and in case of any dispute you have only option to accept blindly what surveyor says because he is the ultimate Mr Right and there is NO ONE to listen you (and he knows it better) otherwise be prepared for unnecessary delay and get troubled without your car.
At last I realize my blunder having Tata AIG insurance policy and accept it gracefully, hope I learned a lesson for the next time.
So think TEN times before you go for Tata AIG Insurance.
Please suggest something in case you have.
