Actually this tantia Construction is providing good construction work but when you talk about customer service is very pethatic.

I am totally disappoint with the service. They build good flats, I agreed this . But what about customer service.

This is their best selling point. Post sales customer service is very poor, so I recomended you to think very hard before buying any deal. they just send bereaucratic responses to questions. Which is not satisfied answer. Managers are not efficient, they do not respond in a timely, they always make excuses. Their sales lies, be careful. I hopefully said that I lost a deposit with them due to this. shameful greed on their part even after knowing all the facts.

They just need to earn money buy selling them but forgot you after deal is final and you pay the full amount. Also, very rigid, they will not make any changes, it is extremely irritating. I am just say if they improve their after sales service then definetly they will be a good builders amongst all of them.
