I feel this review is:
TANGEDCO > Electricity service chennai. Excellent system of disconnection and re connection of Electricity service to houses after fixing smart meter. Recently my Electricity connection was disconnected due to non payment of dues within last date. Then I realised my mistake and paid dues with penalty. Surprisingly my electricity connection was restored within 5 minutes. Automatically. Great system. But they should communicate by sms for disconnection and restoration to consumer. I have not received any message. EB office should note down this and implement for the benefit of consumers.
