Taki is one of the most popular online food delivery services, but it's not one of the best. I recently used Taki to order dinner and it was an absolutely terrible experience.
First off, the website was unresponsive and difficult to navigate. It took me a while to find the food I wanted and even longer to figure out how to place my order. The website was unorganized and it seemed like the food categories were constantly being reshuffled.
When I finally placed my order, I was told I would receive my food in 30 minutes. After waiting an hour and a half, I called the restaurant to find out what was taking so long. They told me that the delivery driver was running late and my food was still at the restaurant. When I asked for a refund, the customer service agent told me that it wasn't their policy to do so.
When the food finally arrived, it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. I was so disappointed that I threw it out and decided to order food from a different delivery service.
I would not recommend Taki to anyone. The website is difficult to use, the delivery drivers are unreliable, and the food is sub par.
