Company is good BUT people are BAD. Review on Synechron

The company is good. Tanveer is a gentleman and knows how to keep his employees happy and he gives you an ear always.

Faisal keeps a distance but listens to his people.

In terms of taking care of employees, NOBODY can beat this company.

Apart from these people the minions below them especially the names mentioned below- The Country Head in Bangalore and Rajeev K recently promoted to Senior Director are USELESS!

I joined as a technical person but left because of no prospects, you see in Bangalore you don’t get what you want to do, I wanted to work with the R&D team but I was asked to take up the client deployment project which I didn’t like.

They call you, they convince you, promise onsite but it takes time.

I don’t know much about the HR team my experience was restricted to my recruiter who was good and transparent but no longer part of the company- Good people will not stay here for long.

Naresh then HR member is on the forefront and, he somehow springs up in every situation or is recommended by business to us to be approached (don’t know) but based on my conversations with him I felt his knowledge was very limited and average, (my recruiter was more knowledgeable than him) and he did seem like someone who was little of a show-off kind of person like ‘I know it all’ (not humble) than someone who knew his area of work.

The other people are like I said minions following instructions which are illogical and they say it is coming from the country head who is always in his cabin smiling and shows he is approachable but somehow from his own minions we hear “don’t approach him he does not like it.”

All the reviews below which are good have been requested by the company to put up from long time employees.

Again, the company might have been good in the past and is still good in many ways even now but there are some people like mentioned above especially in Bangalore they should go to bring the company to what it was like before.
