Phone Banking: This is still old traditional ways of banking. They do not have up to the mark phone banking system. They do have a mobile app but the user interface is very bad.
ATM Availability: The availability of the ATM is very less. 1 ATM per 12 Km. Even most of the time ATM remains out of order or out of cash.
Internet Banking: Yes internet banking facility is there. This is only good thing about the bank.
Customer Service: This is bank with most pathetic customer service. The behavior of the staff is very rude and not co operative. have to wait for longer time to get resolution regarding any problem.
