I bought this in last year april . But I wasted money on this I spent 8, 000 rupees on it, instead of going for this I would have been choose air conditioner by adding some more money, because the reason is that still now I got 2 times problem in fan motor, stand is also very delicate its not so strong when cooler is filled fully with water, cooling is also very less and talking about their sevice it's waste to use that word, they dont even give proper response when we call them. They say we will send our service boy today, but they wont send, the day goes on passes away simply in waiting for service boy from symphony. Freinds my suggestion is that don't buy this product . You choose for another company air coolers or other alternative.
