I purchased symphony kaizen cooler, it got faulty within two months, but it was not rectified for 3 months , I had to write to their head office in Gujarat. I had to talk several peole to locate the contact details of seniors. Such worst company. Their service centre people are great cheat. Their common excuse is non availability of spare. Such a useless company who do not maintain spares for such low value item.
Considering bad luck with my first purchase , I again purchased another blower type coller which also proved big disappointment. This company changes model vety frequently and then they say your model is discontinued and part of your model no more available. You wount get suitable parts in market also.
I also purchased ninja model which was also unworkable after one season, bthen ultimately I sold in scrap. Useless product trom a unethical company. Better to buy such products whose parts can be purchased from any where but not from symphony.
Thanks to Mouthshut for such public service, I am mostly refering reviews on this website/app before buying any product.
