I bought symphony sumo 70 cooler on may 29, 2019, ( almost end of the summer ). Hardly used it for 15days and kept a side as there was no need. As this year summer started very late we wanted to use it on 23rd may 2020. But its motor was not working, I called symphony customer care they told that that'll do repair free of cast because cooler is still in warranty period(1yr). But they didn't turned up for 10days, when I called them again they again assured to do free. But the technician who was assigned was asking for money as warranty period was over. Same thing happened for 2months. I am fed up with these people. Almost called 100 times that customer care and local technicians. But no use...
