Purchase symphony cooler touch35 on 26.03.2018
after 11 month it got some issue, when I complaint to symphony customer care he give me complaint no. but no any action.
again I called and to symphony and they registered the complaint but no action taken.
afterwords register feedback on symphony site with all detail then got a call from 9900147557 this no.
he came for inspection without any instrument and saw the cooler and told wiring issue, tomorrow I will come and afterwords he is not lifting the call.
nice tanning by symphony their service man can tell the issue without inspection the item.
they are waiting for warranty expire.
after sale service very very worst.
suggest to not to buy the product.
