I feel this review is:
Have raised a service request 3 days back. Their executive called up and made an appointment which he never turned on. And he was not even picking up call. Two days after I had to get it done by a third party.When I have reported this to symphony, seems the guy is not at all interested in talking and responded careless.they are not worried about their customer satisfaction.it is minimum concern of any service provider to keep customer informed about delay.its better for them to shut down the services and run only sales.
