I purchased Symphony Cloud Cooler on Dt-29/05/2018, and after 11 days it's not cooling I called symphony service center so many times but they are giving me just dates they are just ignoring some time they called and said I will come in the evening and some time they I will come tomorrow morning but no one has yet came, very poor service I didn't expect this with symphony it's almost 1week and my cooler is not working, 2 days ago they called me and said that they are coming to my house for service and I was waiting for them for 5 hours I missed my office and so many urgent works but they don't came, yesterday he said that he is coming in the evening but again I was waiting but they don't came, and now on today he given me time for 10:30 am and it's already 02:15 pm but no one has came I am trying to call them but no one is receiving my call, please do the needful as soon as possible
