Hi guest I am Going to share my experienced about this dealer. I have purchased a Honda scooty before few months which is Honda Dio from this dealer. They were told me first there are many good things about their services and offers but after I purchased they are not care me and also not response me about my problem. Sometime they listen and when you tell for an important speech then they not.
Service & Support:- Service was very bad, recently I have done the first servicing of my scooty but they did not wash the scooty properly. Also the break was very loose which not fixed at the servicing time. If you go there for some short issue like as break tight also they charged from their new customer. Customer support is also very bad, their mechanics not have proper knowledge to identify the issue exactly and also they did not fix the issue completely. I have given many complaints about this but they did not take any necessary action to improve their service.
Staff Courtesy:- Staff Courtesy is very bad, they did not talking to their customer properly.
Parts Price:- If you purchased parts of bike from them then they take more price than other parts shop.
Satisfaction:- I am totally unsatisfied with this dealer.
I will never suggest or recommend anyone to buy bike/scooter from this dealer. Thank you for reading my review.
