I like Swagbucks. It's the only platform that gives you a chance for quick payouts than lots of other sites. On Swagbucks, you only need 500 SB for a 5 dollar gift. Most other sites would require thousands of points for a card that low. But Swagbucks has lots of problems that they KNOW they have, but refuse to resolve and fix to make the experience better for all their users and that's what pisses me off with Swagbucks.
Usually, a company takes feedback and tries to improve. Swagbucks on the other hand? Ha! They're a literal joke I'm this department. They have users who don't experience anything bad, but they intentionally ignore users who have said their experience was bad again and again. They have no real customer service with actual people you can talk to resolve the problem. When you want to make a missing SB report, you can't because they want you to wait 2-10 days and when that time is up, you still can't make a report.
Most of the surveys kick you at the beginning and at the end. Some of the surveys bug out at the end and you send a ticket to them regarding it, but they're bots send you the exact same response to all your concerns. I did an offer where I was supposed to be paid 75 SB after 7 days. I got the notification that my SB was rewarded. But when I look into my account, I can see that it was not. I tried to make a missing SB report, but they literally make it impossible to do it.
There's another offer I did where for a 1000 dollar Walmart gift card. I was supposed to be paid 2400 SB. All I had to do was answer the question and complete one deal. So, I did all of that. Yet, my SB never started pending. I didn't even get a notification that it was pending. I tried to make a missing SB report. But as I stated multiple times already, it's impossible.
Swagbucks was a great way to make money when I first started out and still are on the days it decides it wants to act right. However, their game time limits are unrealistic. Reach level 19 of Monopoly Go in 3 days? Are they serious? Reach level 120 in 2 days. It's really stupid and crazy the time limits they put onto these games. As much as I like Swagbucks, they just have too many problems that they knowingly choose to ignore for whatever reason. And I don't think any of them will go away until everyone that Swagbucks is doing a knowing diservice to starts suing the crap out of them and reporting them.
I encourage people to start reporting Swagbucks (Prodege, LLC: the company that owns Swagbucks) to their nearest Customer Complaint Office and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Not only that, start suing Swagbucks as well. If they won't listen, people are going to have to make them listen. And the only way to do it is to attack their money. Cause they've wasted too many peoples' time and didn't pay them money after they did as instructed. They deactivated too many accounts without reason. By this time they should have a system that automatically matches the user with a survey. People shouldn't have to go through so much hassle with Swagbucks' terrible service any longer.
