This place is SO very old! My family has been visiting this place for years now and it is still growing strong. This is a typically small Udipi outlet that serves basic South-Indian Indian Fast-Food. I remember going there with my family, who always choose to sit in the right section, that was without mentioning it of course, a place reserved for family. I remember ordering Dosas and Dahi Wada and enjoying it to my heart's content.
The Dahi Wadas are way too sweet but oh, so delicious! I could eat 3-4 of such wadas.:D Lately they have also started serving western foods like Pizza(Indian style). Club Sandwich, Milkshakes of every flavour and everything excotic!
I recently went there after years with my sister and there seems to be hardly any change to the place, even though they are trying to catch up with other popular restaurants! There is an old waiter, I call him Uncle, who has been there for years now, who always welcomes us with a warm smile and helps us out to select a good dish. I absolutely love their pizzas! Their Mushroom pizza is even better than the ones that you might get in outlets like Pizza hut and Dominos! I always call for Chocolate milkshake which is just made to perfection! And of course theirVeg Cheese Grill Sandwich. Guys, seriously! I have never eaten anything this delicious in my entire life!
The bill does not exceed 500 rupees and is totally value for money. If you are a hygiene freak, then this place is probably not for you as I have noticed a few lizards lurking in the place, :| or maybe you should turn a blind eye to it and call for a Home Delivery:p. I just hope and pray to God that this place should never-ever shut down.:)
