During the admission time, the staff members were so dedicated. Gauri and Gaurav.
They convinced me to take admission immediately as the last date is already gone(admissions were open for 1 month later too).
Within two days I have realized that I do not want to pursue my BBA and I wrote a mail to withdraw my admission and asked for a refund. Please note, by this time I had not filled any applicaion form or submitted any documents . I started getting emails to attend the class. I wrote atleast 15-20 mails to them to refund my money and also appraised them that I did not take admission and I just paid the money due to the last date( the admissiones were open for next two months)
They have stopped responding to my mail and taking up my calls.
I will be writing the letter to UGC for their wrongdoings.
