PLEASE DON'T BOOK THEIR SERVICE. THEY ARE BIG TIME CHEATERS. DAMAGED my 55" NEW TV AND NOT READY TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT NEGATIVE REVIEWS.
I noticed the pamphlets attached to the gates in my layout and blindly booked their services without reading the reviews. Now I am regretting for that mistake.
Let me explain the pain I had gone through on 26th Feb 2023:
1. I called these guys for packing and moving of my household items. One guy came on 24th Feb, quoted one amount after checking all the items thoroughly. I agreed to that amount (including shifting of all the flower pots) and I locked the deal by paying the advance amount.
2. Now, on the date of delivery, their team came to my place and started asking more amount than the agreed amount and also started yelling on the phone creating nuesence on the road. They were very rude and were also eating gutkas.
3. Finally, I called their service center and requested for the cancellation of the service but they were not ready to pay the advance amount back and instead promised me to provide the service with previously agreed amount. I had to oblige as lots of time was wasted in these discussions and it was very important for me to shift on the same date.
4. After this the drama started, helper guys were keep on asking my two wheeler vehicle to pick some more guys from their office. I had to pay the auto charges for their pick up as I felt that giving the bike for triple riding is not correct as per the traffic rules.
5. Then they took some more advance amount again and left for breakfast and returened back after 2 hrs without giving me option to book another service.
6. All these guys were not experienced and packing was not done properly and handled the luggage very roughly.
7. Finally, when I opened the TV Box, I noticed a big crack on the tv in the top corner and display is completely gone.
When I called their service centre and informed about the damage, they first agreed to send their service guy to check the damage but no one turned up and after multiple follow ups one guy called and he is trying to put blame on me and don't want to compensate.
I urge all the people who suffered to come together and file the legal complaint against these cheaters.
And Supreme Movers & Packers/ Shiftkart Movers and Packers, now you don't put that bloody sample reply here stating "I am sorry to hear about your experience", BECAUSE YOU DON'T MEAN IT.
