SUN DIRECT. Review on Sun Direct

I am using this Dth service from 4 months ago. the picture quality is so good but sound quality is not so good. the sound is very low in some channel but the same channel on the other operator is very good. I am not satisfied with the service which provide by sun direct operator, package is so high 340 Rupees for 28 days. service will automatically stop if the weather is little bad. its signal strength is very bad. sometime I feel very bad sad when my TV says no signal. it remain the same. I have changed 20-25 channel but there were having same issue. there customer service are too lazy that if you them then put your call on holding more times. after a long time if they receive the call then again put your call on hold more time check the issue. it is not value for money due to its bad service if you buy this operator service than means you lost your valuable money.
