On 23rd June 2008 I bought a Su kam inverter Pure Sine wave Home UPS Model No.HUPS SONIK capacity 600VA/12V. But, it did not work. So, it was replaced by the dealer after 7 days.After that the 2nd set also did not work for 21 days. Around 1 st week of July I got a person from SUKAM who opened the UPS and did some soldering! But, after that for the next fortnight no reply from SUKAM.All the numbers listed in the net were never answered.
Fortunately, there was a SU KAM outlet near my place in Kolkata. After repeated requests they finally came and repaired the new set exactly after 1 month of buying the set. Now, it is OK.From the outlet I came to know they donot get the spares from their office and thus somehow try to manage with old spares and soldering.
