We all love buying dresses from online markets as they provide variety along with quality. A few days ago, it was my sister's birthday, so I decided to book a dress for her from SSS. But the premium and attractive looking dress on the SSS website turned out to be a fake and a bad quality product.
First, the delivery took over a month to reach to my location.
Then, we noticed that the color of the dress was faded and the stitches were too loose. The dress was looking as if it has been used before. The size was also not as mentioned.
We decided to return the dress. We tried calling the customer care. But no one picked up the phone even after many tries.
So, SSS website is not at all reliable for buying clothes and other related stuff. Therefore, I would recommend you guys to be aware of the quality of the product you are buying online.
Talking about the App and the website interface, I think that both of them work too slow. There are many crashes and bugs in the app and the website even when I opened it on my PC.
I hope SSS authorities will work for the betterment of their website so that we may buy dresses from SSS without any worries.
