On going through experience of Mr Kapur at club mahindra. It is becoming a usual practice for marketing to people who trust others and cheat them. Many time sharing companies have done that. It includes even sterling resorts. Resort never come up. Member does not know till all his installments are over that the resort which was to come up has been suspended. Initially sterling has offered me 100 years time sharing agreement. After five years or so they started demanding annual maintenance fees. Adding all cost together it is not worth to travel to chain resort of any company.
Instead one can plan and negotiate his holiday. One has to be always alert on such dirty marketing tac tic. It may be bank account/ credit card/ white line goods/ air lines and many who take money in advance and then give you impossible terms so your so called added benefits are killed. The condition is framed in such a way that one can not prosecute generally. One more interesting point to remember they all avoid to make their members lawyers / policemen etc to avoid future and further complication. I once again request all readers to share all such experiences and put reviews to create awareness among each other.
