Vow! What a Tag Line one has given State Bank of India, "TAKI RISHTON MAIN DOORIYAN NA AAYEN". But friends I would like to inform you all today, AAj mere riston main Dooriyan aagayi wo bhi State Bank of India ki Wajha se.
This Morning I got a call from my Friend and he said I have an emergency and From the ICICI account of yours where in I have deposited cash withdraw some and Transfer it to my SBI Account. SBI bank opens at 10:00 AM and since it is a Saturday closes by 12:00 noon.
Around 11:O0 I walked down from Old Prabhadevi to Shivaji Park SBI Branch which is opposite catering college and I reached the bank at 11:30 after reaching there What I noticed was very very surprising. They told me is we do not accept cash deposit after 10:30. haa haa haa.
After requesting them it was an Emergency. They had to say Every one has an emergency so what can we do. OH My God!
I have 2 saving Accounts with ICICI, 1 with Bank of India, 1 with Saraswat CO-OP Bank, but never came across this ever. All My banks accept Cash deposit upto the last hour they work and SBI stops cash within half an hour they start.
Seriously Friends this was the first time I approached SBI and I was thrown out of it with such an Insulting manner. The worst bank ever I have seen till date. They just have big and meaning less advertisements to show but cannot achieve it, cannot fulfill it, cannot stay on their words man.
People today I would like to Advise you all. IF AT ALL YOU HAVE AN SBI ACCOUNT PLEASE CLOSE YOUR SBI ACCOUNTS AND OPEN T WITH A NICE BANK WHO CAN SERVE YOU BETTER TILL THEIR LAST HOUR OF WORK and bank being the safest way of funds transfer. Services provided should be really helpful. So please use helping hands and not selfish and Insulting service providers like SBI.
