I get my sbi account opened in year 2020 april month.
I need to tell you about the unprofessional behaviour of the staff which is intolerable.
I took a form from the bank and filled it with my photograph and other documents attached.
But just because of their careless and lazy behaviour they asked me to open an account by the app on by own.
I then opened my account by the app and then told them the otp. Even I had my filled form tough.
After telling them the otp they have asked me to whether choose a insurance or not, I have choosen 250 rupee per year insurance but even then 500 rupee has been deducted from my account. ( They selected 500 rupee insurance instead of 250)
After all the formalities they handed me over my passbook and said your bank account is now open.
I also get my net banking activated on that day. but when I tried to transact on other they using my net banking id and pw the app stated that "your id is not active." After 4-5 wrong attempt my account has been blocked.
I then called to bank and asked the lady who get my account opened.
But instead of helping she said I could not help you please do it on your own. then I said I will complaint about it to your manager so she said ok then you can complaint
This kind of behaviour of the staff is really unprofessional and they dont have way of talking.
Then after a lot of attempts from my end I have activated my net banking id and pw.
I am not satisfied with their service and unprofessional or rude behaviour of staff.
