I have been a customer of SBI for more than 10 years. Having dealt with a lot of banks till date(being a salaried person every company opens up accounts in different banks they have tie up with).
This bank undoubtedly has proved to be the most reliable banker for me till now in terms of service, transparency in charges. Initially, being a govt bank.
The service was an issue for me, like most of us, but for the last few years the services have also considerably improved, as SBI realized that to compete with the private banks service can not compromised upon & as expected they have lifted themselves up to the expectations.
Now, even with huge queue in front of the counters, the cashiers are working relentlessly, any issues in terms of charges, the branch officials are up to it to resolve at the earliest. The netbanking feature is also working fine at all times.Nice to see the change & hope this change gets the other Govt organizations influenced to lift their service standards. Keep up the good work SBI.
