I am SBI customer from last five years and having savings account in Bangalore. I am using their online and mobile banking facilities and observed for each and every basic service they started levying charges. There are plenty of SBI ATM's in Bangalore but many of them showing'No Cash'. The internet baking is worst. Even if you have two CIF's you cannot link them online, you need to approach bank and get it done. The customer service is pathetic and worst, for each and every thing they will say you need to contact the home branch of your account.
For debit card they are charging early 115 rupees. Thew worst thing is they have subscribed my account to debit card insurance with out my consent and started charging 200 rupees yearly. Earlier saving account balance should maintain minimum balance of 1000 and now from last month they made it to 5000 rupees. It seems they are charging from customerscto erase their bad debts.
