This bank provides the worst customer facilty.
I am talking about the dadar ranch.
When you go to window they always tel you roam around all windows.
The staff is also very rude.
I went to ask about my details she literally replied that we cannot help you.
I have very much bad experiences with this bank.
Old age people are alsomade to roam around different windows.
If you talk softly with them they have to reply on a rude note.
Until and unless you raise your voice things do not work here.
I do not recommend this bank to any one.
Ruthless people.
Rude.
They being a public sector should respect the people.
Cause we are the one beacuse of which their bank works.
