I was happy with sbi past 10 years but now everything has changed.
They offer.
Phone banking its excellent all the way nothing like anyone gives.
Atm availe in every 5 km surrounding in corporations.
Every 1km surrounding in greater cities.
Hassel free internet banking service. personal account holder can transfer up to 2 lakhs per day.
Customer service is good but several employees are not worth to give service. they feels that they are king with out customers.
And now they charges 5000 rupees minimum balance. and planning to charge every atm withdrawal after demonitaization.
This is y m unhappy with them.
