SBI is the most popular bank In India.And almost every Indian has done banking with sbi throughout their life.
I am banking with SBI since 12 years and I like it most.
The employees of the bank in my area are very cooperative and are very work efficient. Sbi gives all banking features with its trust and Credit cards also have suitable interest rates.
The only thing I find Bad in All SBI banks is the croud. Because of too many customers the banking process becomes slow.Sbi has 4-5 branches in every big cities and I think this number needs to be increased to save time of the customers and because of slow processing due to croud a large number of people have shifted to other banks from sbi.
