I have a bank account in the SBI branch of Nampally, Hyderabad. There are many negative things about the functioning of this bank.
Just for depositing some cash into my bank account takes a lot of time! I have to stand in the queue for about 30 minutes every time! There is no cash deposit kiosk in any of the branches/atms. The bank is always crowded and the staff is too slow! For every little thing like updating passbook is a hectic task!
Online netbanking is seriously painstaking. I think this is a main sbi issue in the entire nation. The servers are always down and upi service too is very poor. That is why I have switched to hdfc bank now.
