I feel this review is:
I am customer of SBI Bank from last approximate 10-12years and I always had very nice experience at sbi branches wether at sbi Cochin shipyard branch or at Sbi HAL branch kanpur. Also it is pertinent to mention that my personal loan at HAL branch kanpur was sanctioned in 02 hours with A very helpful approach by bank manager. Understand in some branches it takes time, but we can understand because average age of sbi staff is 40- 50 years and learning and operating computers at this age is bit difficult.
