SBI is one of the biggest bank in India.I have an account in SBI.Their transaction process is very smooth and user friendly.I am using their banking services since last 12 years.Their charges also very nominal.They have various loan facilities. Also serve SBI life insurance.
SBI also provide both ATM card and Credit card service. Almost every places in india you can find sbi ATM counter.
They have started phone banking and "Yono" service app for mobile users.it is userfriendly.
Their internet banking service is also good but some times it shows that server down.
The staf of the SBI also very good and they have best customer service team.
Overall its the best bank for any Indian people.
