I've purchased Softel Snack maker, from Star CJ, after viewing the product add on Star CJ.
But I did mistake before purchase, I need to check and query for sales after service and how useful this product is, as it gets show in TV.
This Snack maker is totaly waste of money, not only this, I think all the softel product is same like that, as I read other sofltel product review also on mouth shut.
Dikhave pe naa jaao Apni Akal Lagaao.
From Star CJ I've got this within two days after ordering this, but it was already used by some other customer, there was fully oil dumped product.
This is problem with Star CJ, as they can send used product also to the customer.
But after calling them they replaced the product after 10 days.
the second deliver product is also waste when I start to make any snack like pop corn, papad etc,
1st it makes a lot of noise like Atta Chakki.
2nd its cannot runt for more than two minutes, some time in between it will run but not get switched off and your snack will burned.
So, any how this is not useful nor worthy.
Now for customer care no. is 09825025146.But once I called for the product, the guys for customer service ask me to send the product by courier to Gandhidham, Gujrat. then they will check if it is repairable they repair and courier back to customer.And the courier charges will liable by the customer only . in my case it is Rs. 250/- to 300/-.
So, I planned to never go for after sales service to Softel, Gandhidham, Gujrat.
And less than that I can try to get repair at Pune only.
