Star Health and Allied Insurance Co Ltd is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Me and my family took health insurance from the following service but my experience was not good.


premium the premium is high as compared to other health plans and health insurance companies and if we are even an hour late in paying the premium we are charged with huge penalty.


range pf plans the plans are wide range but however all the plans tend to be same since health cover provided is almost same in each and every plan they are not beneficial.


claims settlement one of my family member stuck into a problem and visited the doctor regarding the disease concerned and since the cost was too big to carry out the operation so I claimed for settlement but they refused to pay it at that instant when I was in urgent need of it and said due to some reasons it will process after 2 days.


customer service I lodged a complain about their behaviour in the customer service but from that side too I got the same answer which I was expecting and I got totally fed up with there service.


staff attitude the staff of the company did not help to claim the insurance and they were avoiding to face the matter. as soon as after 2-3 days I got my insurance money I closed my health insurance with the company and also avoid coming in there contact.


at first they are too good to serve you but then after then treat you like as if you are no one to them.so please be aware
