I got to know about Star CJ ALIVE from their channel. I saw a commercial ad running on their channel in which they were offering us a Phillips led tv. I watched whole the ad and saw the function and tv as well. They were also giving a Phillips headphone with it worth 1299. I thought it is going to be a good deal and I ordered one led from them.
It came to my house after 5 days of waiting. When I opened the box I found the Television in a rough condition. It was having cracks and the build quality was very poor. When I saw it constantly I noticed it is different from the advertisement they were showing. It was having a fake sticker of phillips on it whereas I rememver originals have initials on it. Also the headphone was not provided with the tv. I called in their customer care immediately and told them everything and they asked me to mail them pictures of it. I mailed them but no answer came from them I called tjem for returning it and they accepted it. After 5 days it was picked up and I have to call them everyday to request for refund. And they gave me refund after 23 days of pickup.
Star cj is a fraud site and all its product are very cheap quality and may be fake/duplicate. So better avoid it.
