The discounts offered are highly exaggerated. One example is Bajaj Food Processor FXII offered by Star CJ at Rs 4899. They reflect its MRP as Rs 6960 thus showing saving of Rs 2061or 30%! But visit Bajaj Appliances site on internet and will be surprised that the MRP of this product is Rs 6050 with Best Price as Rs 5125 which means saving of Rs 226. See the way they wrongly advertise.
Secondly, DO NOT pay through credit card, debit card or internet banking because you are likely to loose your money as it happened to me when Rs 4899 was debited from my account and CJ states they have not recd the money and canceled the order. They refuse to commit when the amount will be refunded.
Secondly, they tend to send wrong item and promise to change it later which may not happen. I got white sports shoes against the black one. So pay cash on delivery after checking item ordered.
And lastly, Samsung and other manufacturers have clarified that items of their make bought through Star CJ DOES NOT carry their warranty. So instead of saving a few rupees, you may lose the warranty. don't say you have not been warned.
