On fine morning of november 1998 I get a call that I am a lucy winner and I have to attend a tea party. Accordingly I go to the same with my family.First we are served with tea and snacks.Then a very good genthleman stands up and gives talk on investment.He convinces people to invest in agriculture firm.He is so cleaver that I become bakra and invest Rs 38, 400 though my family members are against it.This all happen because Iwas greedy to have RsFour lacks in ten years.
The firm is HIGHLAND FARMS AND PLANTATIONS whose registered office is at Cisons complex 5 floor, 150 monteith road chennai 600008.I was given certificate no mh-mum-s121 -us of 25/11/98 showing ownership of 20 mangium trees. All of a sudden I recived a letter saying that I should take my investment back as they are not able to follow the strict rules imposed by sebi.
I protested and refused to take money back.Then they phoned me several time and requested to settle for Rs 40, 000.This time also I refused.Then they sent a representive at home to make compromise but till today I have not setteled. After this I wrote to sebi southern region and they acknowledged complaint against no s/cis/54751 of 31/1/05. Till today they have not addressed my complaint.Now I wrote to chief minister of chenni. The complaint was acknowledged but not solved.
Then I wrote a registered letter to chairman shri damodran but no reply has come till today though reminded second time. Even I wrote to Prime minister but it was of no use.There was no acknowledgement.The l wrote to PRESIDENT OF INDIA.I reminded him second time but till today I have not recieved any acknowledgement Even backward countries acknowledge letters but in India it is different.How we can compete with develpoed countries. Will any one guide me to get justice *
