I had applied for home loan. For that they asked me to convert my fixed loan(8%) to floating(10.5%). As I wanted new loan, I paid conversion fee of Rs.8000 and processing fee of Rs.6000/- They gave sanction letter as well.
When I asked them to disperse the loan, the denied to so with some stupid reasons. I told them that Customers are not begging anything from your bank. Instead they are paying interest.
When I requested them to refund my conversion fee and processing fee, they are not doing. Instead they are keeping my application in their ass-hole. I sent mail to customer.care@stan.co.in and some other IDs also. There is no response. Looks like SCB is interested in fking customers and suck*ng their money with nice words and not doing anything. Please never go for this stupid and fking bank for any purpose.
