This is on behalf of Mr. Rakesh Kumar Gupta whose case I am representing in the Consumer District Redressal Forum.
Case 2.
The Complainant is a gold card holder. He was approached by SCB personals to avail a car loan. SCB collected all the PDC's and promised to dispurse the Loan within 48 hours. After collecting PDC's the person disappeared for 2 months. The complainant Mr. Rakesh Kumar Gupta recieved a call from his bank stating that his cheque to the airline cannot be honoured as there is insufficient balance in his account. However he convienced the Bank Manager to honour the cheque given to the Airline. This he did from out station.
when he returned to Mumbai and when he checked his statement in the bank, he was surprised to note that SCB had encashed one EMI of Rs, 15,000/- and odd Amount without the loan amount being dispursed by SCB. They used his money for 18 days and after much difficulty managed to get back the money.
I who represents International Consumer Rights Protection Council have filed a claim on behalf of Mr. Rakesh K Gupta in the Consumer District Redressal forum.
Consumers should not trust SCB. They are very untrust worthy.
I would really appreciate if you give a rating. It will be an acknowledgement of my Social work, which is a passion for me. Thanks!!!!!!
