I approached this service station for a minor repair for my new car. The work was done though not to the utmost satisfaction. But I want to point out that this big car repair shop is run by a group of people who are least professional. The persons who attended to my car were amaturish and least professional. They do not have pricing policy for their service. They do not provide proper bills for their services. They do not even cared to clean the surface they repaired. However, there are a few guys working there who appears to be talented and who know the proper way to do small repairs. My car escaped damage because of one such guy who came forward when another man failed. Even they need to get training in professionalism.
Considering these factors my observations are:
If your car is new it is better not to choose them. They will try to do things they are not familiar with. Better take it to your car company service centre.
This car service seems to be ideal for refurbishing old cars and for painting related work for older cars.
Some of the people there do not know how to operate modern cars. I was shocked to see one trying to manually unfold my electric Side mirror?! So do not allow such people to drive your car if you go there.
