My wife & my small son has travelled from Vashi, new mumbai to(Abu Road)Mount Abu. on 8th jan, I had a word with driver of that bus, to leave them at the highway junction of Ambaji & Abu Road. I called him from Bhrahma Kumais, gate no.2 as I was standing there, After few minutes I asked where have you reached, he got angry & he left my wife & my small son before the bridge to mount abu, without informing them which place / location is it? they were standing alone on a very big highway, without knowning the proper location of that area.This location was around 15 km from the place which is said - Abu road.Thus, I can say that SRS travels are having 3rd class service.
