Yesterday I did visited Sowparnika Whitefield reality along with my family. They did explain about the property well. When I started asking about price and its breakup, reality started revealing.
1.Comparing the prices with near by hopefarm, where this property is 16km away
Comparing the prices with completed projects.
Giving false and different opinion about property appreciation.
No proper break up...like land cost, approvals, construction etc.
Very limited options to choose, claims remaining are sold.
Poor Vastu, do not go if you are looking for Vastu.
Worst behavior of Square yard, with poor negotiation skills.
Square yard persons are more dominant and arrogant than the builder. This behavior questions me, this project is merely based on the advertisement? Not on the good name and previous expertise?
