Bad Nights with Kurl-on. Review on Springwel Mattresses Ltd

We have a Kurlon Mattress still under warranty. A few months back my husband and child started complaining about back pain and body pain.

I too had suffered but as usual did not think much of it.

After realizing our ill health was due to our sagging mattress, I tried getting in touch with Kurl-on.

Their quality check person visited our home and gave a review that if the mattress sagging was 1 and half inch the mattress would be replaced, but since the sagging is only an inch we should continue with it(and the body pain) till such a time that the mattress sags to 1 and 1/2 inch and then call again for check.

There has been a communication by at least 15 emails so far, where I have openly invited people from Kurl-on to sleep on the same mattress and see if it still meets their quality check.

The response I got was "let's negotiate" types. We will give you 40% off if you buy another mattress from us.

These people think my family is foolish enough to go buy another Kurl-on mattress and that offering 40% discount is going to repair all the angst this has caused us.

Also it is sad that even in consumer complaint they are still fishing for sales boost. this shows that maybe their sales have dropped and that they have to stoop to such levels to improve their sales target.

And look at their ads they themselves claim back aches and falling sick could be a sign of sleeping on a bad mattress. and on other hand they turn their back on complaints of body / back pain by the consumer.

Their marketing people probably don't even see the complaints received and are totally out of sync with customer feedback and sales reviews .
