Avoid having any business with them

I purchased a flat through them this year. From the very first telephonic call I had with their Customer service till the transaction completed entierely, I was had a very troublesome experience with them. Their cusotmer service lines are engaged most of the times and even if the representative picks up they do not have the requested info ready. They say our systems or down please call again later. When I first met them at their office to discuss about the flat that I have selected to purchase, I had to wait for a long time for their executive to appear. I wonder how they have so many customers even after such a poor service. I had to follow up several time with them after I made full payments via cheque, to get all property related documents from them. They could do business better if they trained their staff with some basic customer service skills.
